Great idea to recognize hard work and style!
This reminds me of how some cities in European towns encourage their shopkeepers to beautify the town with windowboxes and other plantings. In some places it becomes a competition--fun for everyone and also a great way to create a more pleasing environment. We need more of this type of effort around here!
